Kolkata: Kolkata Police has tied up with Google to provide traffic-related information to people during Durga Pujas. Special traffic regulations on the Google Map can be viewed by people travelling across the city. Commissioner of Police (CP) Kolkata Anuj Sharma on Monday unveiled the Puja guide map along with the traffic review bulletin of 2018 in Lalbazar. Apart from the guide map and bulletin, Sharma also unveiled a special badge called the child identity badge. This badge can be procured from police assistance booths during Puja days. Parents are suppose to write their children’s name and contact number on the badge to help the police in case their children get lost in the crowd. The badge will help the police or other people to inform the parents about their children.
