HMD Global on Sunday kicked off its MWC 2019 keynote by announcing a brand new feature phone, the Nokia 210. The company has made it a tradition to launch one new feature phone at MWC as part of its “Original” family. Two years ago, it was the Nokia 3310, last year it was the Nokia 8110 4G and now we have the Nokia 210. The Nokia 210 is being touted as the most affordable internet-connected device. The Nokia 210 does pre-loaded with Opera Mini for feature phone users to get online.Nokia 210 price and availabilityThe Nokia 210 has been priced at a nightly low USD 35 (approx Rs 2,500). This is noticeably cheaper than the Nokia 8110 4G slider phone that was announced last year at EUR 79 (approx Rs 6,300). The Nokia 210 will be available in select markets starting next week. The company will likely launch the Nokia 210 in India, which is one of the biggest feature phone markets in the world. As of now, there is no exact word on when the Nokia 210 will be coming to the country and at what price.Nokia 210 specificationsAfter reviving the Nokia 8110 4G “banana phone” last year, HMD has now introduced a new Nokia 201 feature phone. The biggest USP of this feature phone is that it supports internet access and comes with its own App Store. The Nokia 201 also comes with Opera Mini pre-loaded and supports dual SIM cards. It seems the Nokia 210 does not support 4G, as HMD has made no mention of that during the announcement.
